FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Why didn't I receive a confirmation email after registering/ordering or an email that my order shipped? Please check your Spam/Junk Folder. Most of the time you will find it there. If you are using the new Gmail Inbox, our emails may get grouped with Promos. It's also possible that you entered the wrong email address. If you still can't locate it, please Contact Us
 
When will I receive my order? Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of your membership package. All packages shipped to US addresses will ship via USPS First Class mail. All packages shipped internationally will be shipped via USPS Standard International mail. 
 
What is your Returns and Exchanges policy? All sales are final, so please make sure you order the correct size. (We only offer shirts that fit true to size.) However, if you receive damageddefective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please Contact Us and return the product within 7 days of receipt. We will gladly replace or refund the merchandise without additional charge upon return. 
 
Will I receive a tracking number for my order? When your order ships, we'll send you an email with a tracking number, however, some international countries do not offer tracking. 
 
Where is my order shipping from? Team Sawyer merchandise is shipped from Washington State. 
 
Duties and taxes are not included in my total. When and how much will I have to pay? International shipments may be subject to taxes, duties, and fees, once they reach your country. We have no control over these charges and they may vary widely from country to country. You, as the importer of record, will have to comply with the laws and regulations of your country and will be responsible for these charges. Please note that customs clearance procedures may cause delivery delays. These charges may either be due upon delivery, or you may receive a notice asking you to go to your local post office to pay duties/taxes and to pick up your parcel. If your parcel takes longer than estimated, please contact your local post office, your parcel may be held there if customs charges are due.
